Shroudfall at the Squidmar Open – Community Highlights

The Squidmar Open Painting Challenge once again brought together an incredible number of painters from around the world. Among the hundreds of entries, we were thrilled to see a growing number of hobbyists bringing Shroudfall miniatures to the painting desk. And the results were fantastic!

The forests of Astira were particularly well represented this time. A large portion of the Shroudfall entries came from the Chosen of the Spirit Tree faction, with elegant Ailur and swift Aiyani warriors appearing in many different interpretations and color schemes. One entry we would especially like to highlight is Piotr’s miniature, which received a “Commended” award from the judges - a fantastic achievement in such a competitive field. Congratulations, Piotr!

Of course, the community wasn’t the only one participating. Members of the Shroudfall team also entered a few miniatures into the challenge, joining in on the fun and pushing our own painting skills alongside the wider hobby community.

As mentioned in our earlier blog post, “Shroudfall at the Squidmar Open”, everyone who submitted a Shroudfall miniature to the challenge will receive a voucher by mail as a small thank-you from us for bringing our world to the competition.

But wait! There’s one more thing to look forward to!

The final raffle for the Dreaded Dragon’s Domain miniature as a pe-release will take place during the Spring Bash tournament on March 28th in Vienna. One lucky participant who entered a Shroudfall model will take home this towering dragon miniature - so stay tuned!

Once again, thank you to everyone who painted, submitted, and shared their work. Seeing Shroudfall miniatures appear in challenges like the Squidmar Open is incredibly rewarding for our team, and we can’t wait to see what you paint next!
