1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all orders and contracts made through Gamebreakers GmbH website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") for the purchase of physical tabletop models and digital STL downloads.
2. Contractual Partner
The contract is concluded with Gamebreakers GmbH, Melker Gasse 15/4 2500 Baden, Austria. You can contact us via contact@gamebreakers.at.

3. Product Information
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur. For digital STL downloads, the images are for illustrative purposes only, and the final product may differ.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
By placing an order on the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. The contract is formed once we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation via email.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept Paypal, google pay, instant bank transfer, credit card.
6. Delivery
For physical models, we will dispatch your order to the address provided during checkout. For digital STL downloads, a download link will be made available after purchase.
7. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving physical models. No refunds will be provided for digital STL downloads once the download link is accessed. For detailed withdrawal instructions, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal Policy
8. Warranty and Returns
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. For detailed information on warranty and returns, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our products, including digital STL files, remain the property of Gamebreakers GmbH. Purchasing our products grants you a license for personal use only and does not transfer ownership or rights.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Austria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria.
